The Sir Emeka Okwuosa Foundation (SEOF) believes that education is a powerful catalyst for progress, empowerment, and long-term societal transformation. Over the past decade, we have witnessed first and how access to quality education equips young people with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to compete and thrive in an ever-evolving global landscape.
In 2023, the Sir Emeka Okwuosa Foundation (SEOF) launched the Fabian and Patricia Okonkwo (FAPO) Scholarship Scheme, a dedicated initiative designed exclusively for students of the Dame Irene Okwuosa Memorial Convent (DIOMECO).
Since its inception, the FAPO Scheme has awarded a total of ₦12,705,700 in scholarships to 36 outstanding DIOMECO students, reinforcing our commitment to rewarding academic excellence and empowering the next generation of female leaders.

Scholarship Impact Across Nigeria
Beyond FAPO, SEOF has a broader scholarship program that has supported young talents across Nigeria for over a decade. From primary education to university, the Foundation has awarded over 1,500 scholarships in the past 10 years.
These scholarships are targeted at students from underserved communities, ensuring that no promising mind is left behind due to financial constraints. Through consistent support, SEOF is building a pipeline of educated, empowered youth ready to lead and transform their communities.
Dame Irene Okwuosa Memorial Convent (DIOMECO)
Established in 2019, DIOMECO is an all-girls secondary school located in Oraifite, Anambra State, built and donated by SEOF to the Anglican Diocese of Nnewi. The school provides a safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment for up to 600 students from across the country.
